Help with the Digital Switchover

Landlines in the UK are going digital by the end of January 2027. Although the landline isn’t going away, we know that you might have questions, or want to know more about this industry-wide change.

A series of drop-in sessions from BT will be happening across Northumberland in April to help residents with questions about the Digital Switchover.
