West Bedlington Town Council employs two part-time members of staff to support residents and voluntary councillors. We have nine councillors, representing two electoral wards – Bedlington Central and Bedlington West – who help to inform decisions about local services and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our community. Local elections are held every four years, with the next one taking place in May 2029.
