Remembrance Sunday Service

West Bedlington Town Council and Bedlington Churches Together would like to invite you to the 2025 Remembrance Sunday service and parade in Bedlington on Sunday 9th November. 

Arrangements for this year are mainly the same as previous years and are as follows:

Parade members: Meet at 2pm outside of The Salvation Army - Hartford Road West, Bedlington.

The parade will leave at 2.15pm and the service will start at 2.30pm at the War Memorial on Front Street, Bedlington.

Anyone not participating in the parade but wanting to lay a wreath should assemble at the steps leading to the War Memorial at 2.15pm. Please make yourself known to the volunteer wearing a hi viz vest who will direct you to your waiting position and indicate when it is your turn to lay your wreath.

The Town Council will also host a separate informal "Act of Remembrance" at 11am on Tuesday 11th November 2025 at the War memorial, Front Street, Bedlington.
